Box 2009 PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: WELL APPLICATION PERMITS; SOUTHLAND CORPORATION SITE; 9110 THORNTON AVE, <br /> STOCKTON, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Schneider: <br /> Enclosed please find three Application for Permit packages for the installation of monitoring wells at <br /> 9110 Thornton Avenue and on Connie Avenue in Stockton. A check was submitted to you previously <br /> (April 1991) by Southland Corporation in the amount of $178.00 as the well permit fee. <br /> Because the two wells to be located on Connie Avenue are situated within the City Right-of-Way, an <br />` application for a Revocable Permit has been submitted. It is anticipated that this permit will be issued <br /> 4 by April 30. <br /> The wells are to be installed as described in the Workplan dated March 1991, with the exception that <br /> the total screened length will not exceed 20 feet, as discussed. Additionally, the well will extend <br /> about 15 feet into the saturated zone.
