The beginning of the job will be coordinated with <br /> Environmental Services to allow them the opportunity to <br /> obtain the samples needed to resolve the issues in item #1 of <br /> your letter. <br /> 4. The contractor will contact you, as well as other <br /> agencies, to schedule a removal date, so that appropriate <br /> monitoring and inspections might take place., <br /> 5. It is our expectation that the contractor will be <br /> permitted to backfill the hole with soil removed during <br /> excavation, (assuming soil is field screened as clean) making <br /> up the difference with import. It is hoped that this can be <br /> accomplished immediately following tank removal . <br /> While there are a number of variables in this type of project <br /> we would hope to be completed by May 15, 1991.
