Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 4LFORr► <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> RD <br /> C '. <br /> Re: 9110 Thornton Road July 17, 1995 <br /> Former Southland Gasoline Facility <br /> Dear Property Owner and/or Occupant, <br /> Over the last several years, Southland Corporation has''investigated and remediated soil and <br /> groundwater contamination which resulted during their operation of underground storage tanks. <br /> Nearby groundwater wells were tested and/or bottled water supplied to ensure. that there were <br /> no health impacts during the investigative and remediation phases. <br /> The site is now entering into a confirmation sampling phase to verify that there are no longer <br /> potential threats to groundwater quality. Monitoring and domestic wells will be sampled and <br /> soil borings drilled and sampled to evaluate any possible residual contamination. <br /> Please contact Bruce Beale with Groundwater Technology at (916) 372-4700 to schedule an <br /> appointment to have your well sampled or to`discuss any questions.
