Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Southland Site No. 20680 <br /> 9110 Thornton Road <br /> Stockton, California <br /> GTI Project 02070 0133 <br /> Dear Ms. Meays: <br /> r Per our telephone conversation of February 6, 1995, San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EMD) has requested The Southland Corporation present a <br /> closure request for the subject site to the PHS/EHD Technical Review Committee (TRC). <br /> To prepare for the presentation, the PHS/EHD has requested Southland submit to the PHS/EHD <br /> TRC a written request for review for site closure and a summary of the data. This summary report <br /> will include site history, remediation history, cumulative groundwater elevation and chemical tables, <br /> historical plume maps, soil analyses tables and any figures, maps and/or calculations which may <br /> help the TRC in determining site status. After review of the summary report, the TRC will set a date <br /> to meet with Southland to determine the status of site. During this meeting, Southland will be <br /> allowed to present a technical argument for closure. <br /> Southland understands that it has the right to file an appeal within thirty days of any decision made <br /> by TRC with the State Water Quality Control Board.
