Between February 1987 and January 1991, a soil vapor extraction <br /> system was installed and operated by Vapor Extraction Technology, Inc. In May 1993, a report was <br /> submitted to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) requesting site closure. f <br /> Subsequently, in a closure meeting between Groundwater Technology, SJCPHS, and the California ' <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region (CRWOCB-CVR), SJCPHS discussed <br /> i requirements that needed to be.addressed prior to granting.site closure. One of the conditions is <br /> that a soil vapor extraction test should be conducted to verify that the soil vapor extraction system <br /> implemented at this site has been effective in remediating the subsurface sol]. <br />` Per the conditions set by SJCPHS, Groundwater Technology would like to conduct a short-term <br /> (6-8 hours) soil vapor extraction test at this site. The test is scheduled to be conducted on <br /> January 13 .1994.
