7-Eleven/Stockton 4 <br /> April, 1988 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> .. j <br /> GTI has continued to proceed with regularly scheduled <br /> ° maintenance and monitoring at the 7--Eleven site. The work has <br /> been performed to remove adsorbed hydrocarbons in the soil, to <br /> monitor the levels of dissolved hydrocarbons in the groundwater <br /> and to verify the fact that: nearby domestic wells have not been <br /> impacted with hydrocarbon components. In order to increase the <br /> efficiency of the remediation systems, a new recovery well was <br /> installed and improvements were made on the existing treatment <br /> equipment during the month of February. The following services <br /> '14A were performed by GTI since the last update report in November <br /> 1987: <br /> Ina . <br /> I <br /> Groundwater monitoring of on-site and off-site wells. <br /> is <br /> j <br /> Groundwater sampling and laboratory analyses of <br /> domestic wells and monitoring wells without free <br /> product. <br /> F <br /> Installation of a new recovery well with associated <br /> plumbing and electrical services. <br /> ' Conducted a 24-hour pump test on the new recovery well <br /> to determine the hydraulic parameters. <br /> E , Monitoring and maintenance of the groundwater remedia- <br /> tion and soil-vent systems including sampling and <br /> analysis of the groundwater treatment system influent <br /> and effluent. <br /> 6 <br /> 4 Preparation of this report with recommendations for <br /> continued remediation of the site. <br /> N <br /> GROCNIMATH <br />
