The conditions itemized in <br /> the Permits to operate are addressed below. <br /> As per condition 1 in Permits 86-82a and 86-83, the total <br /> nunmethare on-site hydrocarbon emissions (total air stripping <br /> plus soil-vapor r:xtraction system) was less than 0.000001 <br /> lbs/day, which is relow the permit maxir.'tm of 4.7 lbs/day (See <br /> Table 1) . <br /> A written log of the hydrocarbon emissions at each pumping well <br /> and the daily pumping rate for each well as per conditions 3 and <br /> 4 of Permit 86-82a, are summarized in Table 1. <br /> Tables 2, 3, and 4, present a summary of data collected on the <br /> soil-vapor extraction system for the month of June 1989, as <br /> itemized in condition 5 of Permit 86-83.
