s "1
f.
7-Eleven/Stockton 11
May, 1989
The water level in MW-4 rose gradually during this reporting
period. During the March 22, 1989 monitoring, product sheen was
observed. Monitoring well (MW-3) , which previously contained
free product, remained dry during this reporting period. No
other free product was observed.
GROUNDWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSES
sampling of the groundwater monitoring wells and nearby
domestic wells was performed on five separate occasions during
this reporting period. Samples were collected in accordance with
GTI's standard operating Procedures (SaPs) 9, 10, 11 and 12
(Appendix B) . Each sample was analyzed for benzene, toluene,
ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) and for total petroleum
hydrocarbons (TPH)-as--gasoline by modified 'U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) Methods 5030/ 8020/8015. The sampling
schedule during this period for the wells on and near the site,
was as follows:
i
o Monitoring wells and pumping wells which previously
were shown to have no free product were sampled twice a
month starting with a sampling round on January 23,
1989.
o Domestic wells 9160, Tomato Growers (TMG) , 1927, 1912,
and 8968 were sampled twice a month starting with the
sampling round on January 23, 1989.
w o Domestic wells 9140, 91.59, 9156, 9167, and Ivy Motel
were sampled once during each month starting with the
sampling round on February 3, 1989.
The results of the laboratory analyses of the groundwater
samples for this reporting period are summarized in Table 2
(Appendix A) . The laboratory reports and method detection limits
(MDL) for the BTEX and TPH-as-gasoline analyses performed are
presented in Appendix C.
Cs GRI1[:NIAVATER
TeCHnLuc1',INC.
