<br /> the District Attorney's budget.

<br /> **The money paid to the Sacramento District Attorney as costs and penalties,pursuant to this stipulation,shall be for the sole and exclusive
<br /> use of the District Attorney as reimbursement for costs and to augment the budget of the District Attorney's Office pertaining to the
<br /> investigation and enforcement of consumer and environmental protection laws and in no manner shall supplant or cause any reduction of
<br /> any portion of the District Attorney's budget. _
<br /> ***The remainder of the total Penalties due to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office in the amount of$393,400.00 is payable to
<br /> the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office as Civil Penalties_pursuant to Health and Safety Code§25500.
<br /> ****Court further orders that these proceeds are designated as non-supplanting funds to be used by the Solano County District Attorney's
<br /> Office only for the investigation and prosecution of environmental protection cases including,without limitation,those cases that can
<br /> otentially be brought as unfair competition actions pursuant to B&P Code Section 17200 et seq.
<br /> Pursuant to Government Code section 26506,any civil penalties recovered in a civil action"brought jointly in the name of the People of the
<br /> State of California by the Attorney General,one or more district attorneys, or by one or more city attorneys,or any combination thereof,shall
<br /> be paid as a roved by the court."
