I EXHIBIT C- 1 —SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS <br /> 2 1. Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. SAVE MART shall provide the amount <br /> 3 <br /> of Sixteen Thousand Dollars($16,000.00)to be used by the Craig Thompson'Environmental <br /> 4 <br /> Protection Prosecution Fund("CTEPP Fund")for purposes consistent with the mission of the <br /> 5 <br /> 6 CTEPP Fund. <br /> 7 2. California CUPA Forum. SAVE MART shall provide the amount of Sixteen Thousand <br /> 8 Dollars ($16,000.00)to the CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund,which is <br /> 9 administered and to be used by the California Certified Unified Program Agency(CUPA)Forum, <br /> 10 for purposes consistent with the mission of the Trust for the CUPA Forum. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 3. California Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP) in <br /> 13 conjunction with the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA). <br /> 14 SAVE MART shall provide Eight Thousand Dollars($8,000.00)to be used to help fully fund <br /> 15 scholarships for this training. Each of these scholarships shall cover conference registration, <br /> 16 <br /> travel,food, lodging and incidentals.* <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 x If the payment provided by SAVE MART is accepted by a designated entity,the designated <br /> 21 <br /> entity shall provide,until the exhaustion of the funds,annual letter reports describing the specific <br /> 22 <br /> 23 use of the funds.
