The inactive number is CAL000411072. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of,transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Identification <br /> (ID) Number.A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br /> month, less than 1 kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to reactivate your ID number. Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The eyewash solution bottle in the shop area had expired with a date of November, 2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewash station into proper working order by replacement of the expired <br /> solution. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within <br /> 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by July 3, 2020 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: hazardous waste label, modified contingency plan form <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, used oil filters, lead acid batteries. <br /> Truck storage and maintenance facility. The facility owner labeled and closed one 55-gallon drum of used oil <br /> filters during the inspection.
