At the time a public water system is available, all lots will be required to connect to that system in accordance with Ordinance Code Section 5 3108 ly �� n. The dev loF. diY install individual private wells for each lot on an interim basis, and they shall be constructed in accordance with Local Health District requirements, as follows: ( 1 ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area (SU-87-22 ) to determine then water quality and availa- bility (volume) before the Final Map is approved. The test procedures will require the following: A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a State approved laboratory for chemical and radiological constituents specified by the Health District . B. Water analysis results shall be submitted to the Health DJstrict for review and approval . (2) Individual wells shall be installed according to the Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a minimum of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Meat Cement . All construction shall be under required per- mits, well logs, and Health District inspection. (3) Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to San Joaquin County Public Works Standards and stubbed out for each lot prior to development . (4) . Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be required for all residential dwellings within the boundaries of GP-88-13 and the Traina Brothers Subdivision (SU-86-12 ) , but excluding lots of record that existed prior to the approval of the Traina Brothers Tentative Subdivision Map, if ear of the following conditions exist : �k;,",i A.
