J
Comm. Rojas said there is a similar situation at the intersection of
Davis and Clark Roads . He said he felt that this requirement could
cause a hazardous situation.
Comm. Morri concurred that it would be a dangerous situation.
Deputy Director Walker commented, in answer to a question , that the
General Plan indicates Chrisman Road as a major collector because of
the anticipated growth. Implementation for a major collector is for
an 84 ' width. He said he supported the recommendation of Public
works .
Comm. Morri said the land should be dedicated but it should not be
improved at this time. The property would be available for future
development, if and when that ever happens .
Comm. Bozzano said he would support the staff ' s recommendation.
MOTION: Moved, seconded (Morri-Rojas ) and carried by a vote of 4-3
(Comms . Bozzano, Gillispie Jungeblut vote no ) to:
1 . Department of Public Works
h . Chrisman Road shall be dedicated on the sub-
division side in conformance to County stan-
dards of an 84-foot right-of-way street
(Rural ) .
2 . n.
