Item No. 1 B. The Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health Services, or the Health District determines that the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals or radiological constituents that exceed the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of Title 22 CAC , or the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated by the State. OR C. Test well results, as reviewed by the Health District , indicate that water does not meet water quality standards. (4) Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions shall be established and recorded to inform property owners that individual wells were approved on an interim basis only and that property owners will have to con- nect to the public water system when it becomes available. 4 . Buildina Inspection Division: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the developer, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any exca- vation or filling of earth material . b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1 ) . c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineeered Grading Requirements. " e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- porated in the grading plan. f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit . 5 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on all street frontages within the subdivision. Revised Conditions - 5 - (PC : 12-3-87)
