CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SU-87-22 W.D. O. , INC . All conditions, unless otherwise noted, shall be met prior to approval of the final map. 1 . Planning Division: a. Access off of Valpico Road shall be restricted for Lots 1 , 15 , and 24 . b. Access off of Chrisman Road shall be restricted for Lots 20-24 . c. All street names shall be approved by the Planning Director . d. The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real Estate shall include the following: ( 1 ) The payment of school development fees will be required prior to the issuance of building permits. ( 2 ) Indicate the current and possible increased activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport and the related noise potential from aircraft in the project area. (3 ) The County' s right-to-farm ordinance shall be referenced. e . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-9261 of the Planning Title, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in Section 9-9264 . Arrangements for the payment of said fees shall be approved by County Counsel prior to final map recordation. f . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Subdivision Map Act , the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body con- cerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Subdivision Map Act . g.
