Inc . ) <br /> LOCATION: 7570 to 8000 E. Valpico Road ( Bojoli Estates ) <br /> i <br /> USE: Major Subdivision <br /> CONDITIONS : (REVISED) <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and regula- <br /> tions of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . Percolation tests <br /> are to be done on each lot and a soil profile on every third lot <br /> and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local Health <br /> District approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Health District is required. <br /> 2 . Subdivider shall send to Property Evaluation Unit, Toxic Substance <br /> Control Division of the Department of Health Services , a letter <br /> approved by the San Joaquin Local Health District requesting a <br /> determination under the provisions of Article 11, California State <br />' Health and Safety Code. The response from the Department of Health <br /> Services, or the letter of determination from the subdivider sent <br /> to that department , is to be recorded in the Title Report and the <br /> subdivision C.C. & R ' s . <br /> 3 . individual private wells , if developed for each lot on an interim <br /> basis , shall be constructed in accordance with Local Health District <br /> requirements as follows : <br /> a. A test well shall be drilled within the project area ( SU-87-22 ) <br /> to determine the water quality and availability ( volume ) before <br /> the final map is approved. The test procedures will require <br /> the following : <br /> ( l ) . Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a <br /> State approved laboratory for chemical and radiological <br /> constituents specified by the Health District. <br /> ( 2 ) . water analysis results shall be submitted to the Health <br /> District for review and approval. <br />
