Frewert Road, Lathrop <br /> USE: Recreation Vehicle Park Permit Application <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> In the event that this application is approved, it is requested <br /> that the following conditions be made a part of this approval. <br /> 1. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Health District prior to occupancy. A yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title <br /> 22 , CAC, will be required by the Health District. <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 3 . Submit plans for approval by the Health District for a sewage <br /> treatment plant or a sewaqe disposal system for the entire <br /> development . The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer . <br /> Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Cenral Valley Region, prior to <br /> development. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 <br /> and 7 . 8 , California Government Code, and Title 14 , CAC. <br /> 5 . Submission of three ( 3 ) sets of food operation construction <br /> plans to the Health District for review and approval prior to <br /> beginning construction. <br />
