Recreational Vehicle Park to be approved by the State of <br /> California Department of Housing and Community Development. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B .C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> c . Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection . <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br />
