Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Health District prior to occupancy. A yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Health District . <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Health District, <br /> 3 . Submit plans for approval by the Health District for a <br /> sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal system for <br /> the entire development. The plans must be designed by <br /> a Registered Engineer . <br /> Obtain discharge requirements from the California <br /> Regional Water duality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region, prior to development . <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin Ordinance #877 and #1481 <br /> and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government Code, and <br /> Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 5 . Submission of three (3) sets of food operation <br /> construction plans to the Health District for review <br /> and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 6 . Submission of three ( 3) sets of detailed swimming pool <br /> plans to the Health District for review and approval <br /> prior to beginning construction. <br /> NOTE: The four (4) acre area set aside for the proposed <br /> sewage treatment plant may or may not be of sufficient <br /> size depending on plant design and daily flow rates . A <br /> reserve area is also required in case maJor repairs to <br /> the plant are necessary. <br />
