Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> Title 17, Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> 4. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 5. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> A Division of San JoaUuin Count•Health Care Services <br />
