TPH gas, <br /> TPH diesel, and BTEX were found in soil samples from these borings. <br /> 03-20-90 PHS-EHD receives notice of a possible line leak at this site. <br /> 05-04-90 The product line is repaired by this date. <br /> 06-28-90 Three MWs installed this date. <br /> 10-23-90 PHS-EHD receives the investigation report for the installation and <br /> sampling of the three MWs at the site. <br /> 12-00-93 Based on consistent nondetectable results from water from the three <br /> wells, the site is put on a yearly sampling frequency. <br /> 'i <br /> 05-13-96 PHS-EHD receives annual report for 1996 which shows site not impacted <br /> with MTBE. Site is processed for cessation of regulatory oversight. <br /> �E <br />
