Sasson : <br /> On August 23, 1994 1 notified you by phone of my agreement to <br /> contract out to Groundwater Technology and Aronson <br /> Engineering for the above contaminated site, and this letter <br /> is verification of such. <br /> Also, this is in regard to our phone discussion of the above <br /> property and your office needing a letter of intent by <br /> Groudwater Technology and Aronson Engineering for their <br /> respective plans and dates of soil cleanup. <br /> I have notified Mr. Jason Fedota of GTI of your request and <br /> he will call you for the specific information needed and get <br /> a letter to you as soon as possible. Also, I notified Mr. <br /> Peter Allen 's office of Aronson to contact Mr. Fedota <br /> concerning your request . <br /> Mr . Fedota will also be sending copies of his letter to <br /> Ador Lopez's attorney David Knitter informing him of their <br /> plans.
