Ms Barbara Jean Drake <br /> I8315 Arroyo Way <br /> Stockton, California 95209 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> I 26485 THORNTON ROAD <br /> Thornton, California 95206 <br /> WKA No 2556 02 <br /> Dear Ms Drake, <br /> I <br /> As requested by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> Ithis quarterly status report for the subject property, located at 26485 Thornton <br /> Road in Thornton, California (Plate 1) <br /> A survey of the three existing wells was completed in January, 1995 b Morrow <br /> 3' Y <br /> Surveying Most recent ground water elevation measurements of the three <br /> monitoring wells (MW1 through MW3) took place on June 27, 1995, historical <br /> ground water elevation data is provided in Table 1 Measurements indicate the <br /> Iground water flow beneath the site is in a northwest direction with a hydraulic <br /> Geotechnical Engineering gradient of 0 002 feet/foot See Plate 2 for location of monitoring wells MW1 <br /> F . <br /> Engineering Geology through MW3 <br /> Environmental Consulting <br />( l Ground water samples were also obtained from the three on-site monitoring wells <br /> Remediation Services on June 27, 1995 Prior to sampling, the water level in each well was measured <br /> a I Construction Inspection and checked for visual signs of free product using a clear bailer Approximately <br /> three to five well volumes of water were purged from each well using a two-inch <br /> Materials Testing diameter, clear, teflon bailer until temperature, pH, and conductivity readings <br /> Istabilized and/or the water cleared of sediment The water samples were then <br /> 1 collected using a new polyethylene disposable bailer Water from the disposable <br /> Ibailer was decanted into appropriate sample containers provided by the laboratory <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd Water samples were immediately placed in an ice-chest with ice and submitted <br /> West Sacramento under chain-of-custody to a California-certified laboratory for analysis of Total <br /> I �� CA 95691 <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline and diesel using Modified EPA test <br /> Fax 916 372 2565 method 8015, and Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Total Xylenes (BTEX) <br /> 1916 372 1434 <br /> I <br /> Recycled tomer <br />
