The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for Pacific Ag Rentals- Stockton as of April 30, 2020. Open violations from February 14, 2020 inspection Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of greater than 90 days or no accumulation start date: -Two black metal 55 gallon drums of used absorbent were observed with accumulation start dates of 6/25/2019. REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less (b)The beginning of the 90 day period is determined as follows: (1)if the generator does not generate more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste(listed in section 66261.33(e))or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the 90 day period begins on the date the generator has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste; (2) if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month,the 90-day period begins on the first date on which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that month. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: -Two black metal 55 gallon drums of used absorbent were observed without hazardous properties on the label. -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used paper filters was observed without an accumulation start date. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
