Kludt is not licensed to pick up hazardous waste other than used oil filters and used oil. <br /> It would be a class one violation. <br /> If the aerosol can still has product inside, you can dispose at the HHW household hazardous <br /> waste facility program for small businesses (brochure attached). If it is empty, and no <br /> product is released when sprayed, then it is not a hazardous waste and does not require <br /> 3 <br />
