If consensus is reached at Development Committee <br /> on the proposed Conditions of Approval and lotting pattern, it is <br /> staff ' s intention to approve the application subject to the <br /> following: <br /> Minor Subdivision Application No. ^C was approved by the <br /> Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of <br /> approval is ^C.
