a <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> RW-89-27 <br /> Robert & Nancy Merrthew <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 1. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate <br /> a twenty-five foot (25') wide strip on Norman Avenue <br /> along the frontage of APN 103-210-66. <br /> b. The frontage improvement for Norman Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for ne-half <br /> of a 50-foot right-of-way rural street. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements may be deferred at the <br /> option of the Department of Public Works , in which event <br /> the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. (A <br /> $250.00 fee is required for processing per Ord. No. 3337 <br /> in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an engineer's <br /> estimate with a drawing of the required frontage <br /> improvements on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department. <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> NOTE: Future development will have Health District conditions <br /> or requirements pertaining to the provision of water and <br /> sewage. <br />
