STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-19 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent <br /> foundation or 15% at the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a <br /> temporary foundation. (The fee currently is $3 , 415. 00 per <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Manteca area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on February 25, 1996. Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 7883 East Northland Road, Manteca. <br />
