hazardous waste regulations.
#605-Unresolved. Labels are still incomplete and missing physical state. Please provide a statement
saying this has been corrected or photos.
For your hazardous waste determination information that you provided: It also doesn't appear to
take into account CA regulations. The chart on page 10 is incorrect per CA regulations and on page
11 in section 3.12 it says something like if you don't suspect it to be hazardous waste you can
dispose of it in regular waste. There was also no information about SDS sheets. Staff at the facility
appeared to rely on SDS sheets when making their determinations.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Best Regards,
Lydia Baker
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
209-468-8257
IbakerCEDsjgov.org
Please note my email address has changed to IbakerC@sjgov.org
From: Hallberg,Justin <hallberg(@amazon.com>
Sent:Thursday, March 19, 2020 12:24 PM
To: Baker, Lydia <lbakerC@sOgov.org>
Cc: Mclaughlin, Scott<scmc(@amazon.com>
Subject: Amazon.com DCK1 San Joaquin county Haz waste Inspection
Hello Lydia,
Please see the attached documents that were requested during your onsite inspection at 2403 W
Louise Avenue, Manteca, California 95337, DCK1.
