Based on this meeting, we now have a better understanding of <br /> what the County is expecting in terms of further investigations. <br /> However, given the information"received, it will be necessary for us to have more time <br /> than_the November 12, 1991, correspondence from your office indicated, to prepare an I. <br /> appropriate work plan, cost estimate and approval by our company management. As the <br /> scope of work described exceeds what we reasonably believed would be expected, and <br /> the costs could be substantial, it will require additionalplanning. This matter came up <br /> after fiscal year budgets had- been approved and, because PCP is organized as an <br /> agricultural cooperative, more-time will be required to secure approval of this project. <br /> Furthermore, given the procedures necessary to assure reimbursement of expenses, <br /> under the SB.2004,Tank Cleanup Fund process, which Ms. Turkatte explained, we will <br /> need to obtain three bids and be able to carefully document expenditures to date. <br /> 631 North Guff Avenue <br /> P.O.
