California Street Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> Phone; 707 943-2000 <br /> 7.0 Fire Extinguishers <br /> Fire extinguisher use is completely voluntary. Fire Extinguishers however are available for use by trained employees <br /> only! Your own safety must be considered first when attempting to use fire suppression equipment. If you have not <br /> been trained or can not safely combat a fire, evacuate the area immediately and call 911. <br /> 8.0 Training <br /> All Emergency Response Team Members shall be trained in their responsibilities as it pertains to the Emergency <br /> Action Plan. <br /> Training is provided for employees when: <br /> 1. The plan was first initiated <br /> 2. Responsibilities change <br /> 3. New employees are hired or transferred <br /> 4.Annually <br /> 9.0 Division Contacts <br /> All Emergency Team Members,After Hour Contacts, and important personnel shall be identified in the Division <br /> Emergency Contact List, attached as an appendix to this plan. <br /> 10.0 Sheltering in Place <br /> If the decision to shelter in place is made, PSG shall ensure that adequate First Aid Supplies and drinking water is <br /> available. During shelter in place all Employees, Guests and Contractors on-site shall be accounted for. Supervisors <br /> and/or Managers will determine when it is safe to evacuate the building. <br /> If work activity is suspended, don't leave the job site or work area until roll call has been completed and everyone has <br /> been accounted for. Employees are encouraged to bring a change of clothes, items for personal hygiene and any <br /> prescribed medicine or diabetic supplies to store in their office, cubicles or work areas in case of emergency. <br /> 6 <br />
