1.0 Policy <br /> It is the policy of this company to take every possible action to comply with all emergency regulations and protect <br /> employees in emergency situations. The preservation of life must take precedence above all else! <br /> 2.0 Emergency Response Team <br /> A. Bob Thomas is the Emergency Response Team Leader(ERT). He is responsible for making sure this <br /> emergency action plan is kept up to date, reviewed periodically and ensures annual drills are <br /> conducted. <br /> Office Contact# Cell#707 590-5485 <br /> B. Juan Garcia is the Assistant Emergency Response Team Leader. He will assume the duties of the <br /> ERT Leader in his absence. <br /> Contact#707 297-2093, Cell <br /> C. Ashley Dias-Stiefel is the Emergency Caller and is responsible for contacting emergency services <br /> during an actual emergency. This checklist shall never replace common sense, but, shall <br /> be used as a guide. <br /> 1. Emergency Response Team Leader, (or his/her Designee)shall: <br /> a. Account for all personnel following an Emergency Evacuation. <br /> b. Report missing or unaccounted personnel to the responding Emergency Service and the Senior <br /> Person. <br /> c. Report all Emergency Evacuations to the Safety Director. (Exception: planned fire drills) <br /> d. Contact approved local Vendors for the repairs needed to ensure a prompt restoration of normal <br /> business operations. <br /> e. Contact the Supervisors in each respective department to convey the status of operations for the <br /> duration of the interruption. <br /> 3 <br />
