The inspection was done on April 8, 2019.They were supposed to correct the violations noted within 30 days of receiving the report. I have called the business and they informed me that they are in the process of generating a response to me. We use the listed address on the county parcel viewer for mailing and it is not always correct/the best one. I will put a note in the facility file for the address you requested.
