Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the operator Ernesto Amador and I explained the reason for my visit. He stated that he recently <br /> purchased the unit and has not had the time to bring it in for a change of owner inspection.The operator refused to show me <br /> identification but I ordered him to seize operation until a valid health permit can be obtained. He stated he will come into the <br /> office tomorrow to fill out the paper work and have the change of owner inspection conducted.
