Finding: One black plastic 5 gallon bucket of oily debris was observed in the hazardous waste storage cage without <br />hazardous properties on the label. Corrective Action: Label includes physical state "solids" and secondary label provides <br />hazardous properties "toxic" will be our standard going forward. <br />
