Submit to the Board for review and approval 01 Aug 1989 <br /> a site mitigation plan, that, when implemented <br /> will ensure that contaminated water will not <br /> impact beneficial uses and that further water <br /> contamination is prevented. The plan shall <br /> specify the work that will be done, how it <br /> will be conducted, and the timetable that <br /> will be followed. <br /> 4.
