Collect upgradient and downgradient <br /> water samples and analyze them for <br /> pesticides and solvents used or ' <br /> discharged at the facility. <br /> d. Determine, to the degree necessary to <br /> to protect water quality, the distri- <br /> bution of pesticide residues in soils <br /> at the facility including the rinse water <br /> disposal area and the two used pesticide <br /> container storage areas. <br /> e. Prepare a report summarizing the <br /> findings for submission to the Board. <br /> 2. Conduct the activities described in the work 15 Jun 1989 <br /> plan prepared under Order No. 1 , as approved <br /> by Board staff. <br /> 3. Submit to the Board for review and approval 01 Aug 1989 <br /> a site mitigation plan, that, when implemented <br /> will ensure that contaminated water will not <br /> impact beneficial uses and that further water <br /> contamination is prevented. The plan shall <br /> specify the work that will be done, how it <br /> will be conducted, and the timetable that <br /> will be followed. <br /> 4.
