The Development <br /> Title Text Amendment will extend approved planning entitlements Use Permits, Major Subdivisions, Site Approvals, Minor <br /> Subdivision, Deviations, Lot Line Adjustments, Improvement Plans, and building permits that will expire (the effective date <br /> of this amendment) between July 21, 2020 and July 21, 2021, through and including the fixed date of July 22, 2022. The <br /> Text Amendment would also extend tentative maps that will expire between July 21, 2020 and July 21, 2021 an additional <br /> six (6) years upon application pursuant to Government Code Section 66452.6 and Development Title Section 9- <br /> 881.4(b)(1). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is countywide. (Supervisorial District: Countywide) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. A project is not <br /> subject to CEQA if it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the project may have a significant impact on <br /> the environment. This is a Text Amendment to mitigate economic and project development impacts to planning approvals <br /> and building permits as a result of the declared COVID-19 emergency and resulting economic downturn. The Text <br /> Amendment will not alter any approved conditions of approval. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than June 15, 2020. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may <br /> not be considered in staff's analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO REVIEW AGENCIES: In order to be notified of the San Joaquin County Planning Commission hearing date for <br /> this project, please contact the above noted Project Planner to be placed on the notification list.
