That <br /> work will include: <br /> • The drilling contractor will prepare and submit to EHD the well destruction <br /> permits. All work will be performed according to the San Joaquin County <br /> Well Standards requirements under the approved permits. <br /> • The drilling contractor will coordinate with the onsite personnel as needed <br /> to work inside the Boyd Service Center. <br /> • The drilling contractor will perform the well destructions scheduled with <br /> EHD field personnel at the site. The drilling wastes will be placed in <br /> closed top drums and stored at the City designated location. The <br /> contractor will fill out and submit the State Well Completion Report for <br /> each well to the EHD following the completion of well destruction fieldwork <br /> and send copies to the City and EHD. <br /> • The drilling contractor will drum the drilling and water wastes from the <br /> destruction.
