The drilling wastes will be placed in <br /> closed top drums and stored of the City designated location. The <br /> contractor will fill out and submit the State Well Completion Report for <br /> each well to the EHD following the completion of well destruction fieldwork <br /> and send copies to the City and EHD. <br /> The drilling contractor will drum the drilling and water wastes from the <br /> destruction.
