As mentioned in my letter dated March 20, 2002, the <br /> Development and Engineering Services Department has submitted a request to appropriate funds for <br /> fiscal year 2002-2003. <br /> Upon approval of funds by the City Council, the Engineering division will prepare Request For Proposals <br /> on July 1, 2002 to hire consultant/contractor to implement the approved work plans.
