C" dated January 25, 1999 was conditionally <br /> approved. The work plan had been submitted on your behalf by Wright Environmental <br /> Services, Inc. <br /> You are again directed to submit a San Joaquin County well permit application and <br /> required $89.00 permit fee, and to implement the work plan per the conditions of the <br /> August 20, 2001 correspondence.
