All RCRA cleaning solvents(G); <br /> hazardous wastes are identified in Part 261 of ➢ Hydroxide sludge contaminated solely with <br /> Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 metals from a wastewater treatment process <br /> CFR)and its appendices, and California Code of (H); <br /> Regulations,title 22, Section 66261.1. et. seq. ➢ Paint-related wastes, including paints,thin- <br /> "Non-RCRA hazardous wastes"are hazardous ners, filters and sludge(I); <br /> wastes regulated in the State of California. A ➢ Spent photographic solutions (J); <br /> hazardous waste is presumed to be RCRA(fed- <br /> )0- Dry cleaning solvents including perchloro- <br /> ethylene,naphtha, and silicone-based sol- <br /> erally regulated)hazardous waste,unless it is de- vents (K); <br /> termined pursuant to California Code of ➢ Filters, lint and sludge contaminated with dry <br /> Regulations,title 22, Section 66261.101 that it is cleaning solvent(L); <br /> a non-RCRA hazardous waste.
