The first area Is the <br /> covered garage with concrete floor which will contain 0.3 gallons of motor oil from the <br /> Indoor spliage and Indoor piping. The second area Is an under floor service area with <br /> concrete flooring, fittings and top entry tank nozzles. The third is the waste oil tank <br /> which has concrete floor and walls for secondary containment. The twenty-five year- <br /> 24 hour rain event for metro Stockton area is 2.27"The Used Oil is located on the main <br /> floor behind a procected walls and Used Antifreeze tank is located near the same place. <br /> No rain is expected to effect the containment of Used Oil or Used Antifreeze systems. <br /> The transfer piping is connected and no oil is left in the pipe after transfer. The pipe and <br /> secondary containment areas are inspected daily. <br /> Waste Antifreeze Tank <br /> The waste antifreeze tank is outdoors on a wooden pallet which provides general <br /> secondary containment. The tank has a single wall which provides integral safety of the <br /> contents <br /> Visual inspection of containment area: <br /> Visual inspection of the containment areas found them dry and free of waste oil. The <br /> containments were free of cracks and gaps which would compromise the containment. <br /> The inspection of the interstice found it dry. The secondary containment area is dry. <br /> The waste antifreeze general containment was found to be dry and free of cracks. The <br /> waste antifreeze tank's interior was checked and it was free of cracks or compromise. <br /> The Used Antifreeze tank is drained and replaced upon every pick-up of Used <br /> Antifreeze. <br />
