t r- <br /> '1 <br /> report documents the limited extent of soil contamination at the site. <br /> The yearly groundwater sampling report, as required by PHSIEHD, is <br /> anticipated to be issued in September of this year. <br /> Fac. #2133, 2908 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton <br /> Offsite wells to be drilled once access has been granted and an additional <br /> monitoring well in the northwestern area of the site will be installed. A workplan <br /> to install vapor extraction wells to be submitted by May 31, 1993. <br /> ARCO has issued numerous reports on this site since the March '93 <br /> meeting, among them are: <br /> a) quarterly status reports dated 913193,1216193, 3110194, & 6121194 <br /> which document that the groundwater recovery system has the <br /> groundwater plume under hydraulic control. <br /> b) Work Plan for Installation of various Wells dated 5114193. <br /> c) Soil Vapor Extraction, Air Sparge, & Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Well Installation report dated 3110194 which documents the installation of <br /> all wells discussed in the previous work plan. <br /> d) a Soil Vapor Extraction 1 Air Sparge System Installation <br /> Schedule dated 717194 which documents the scheduling and permit status <br /> of the soon to be constructed remediation system. <br /> e) Work Plan for Installation of On-site Soil Vapor Extraction and <br /> Air Sparge Wells dated 7118194. <br /> An air emission treatment unit is currently stored at the site. All permits for <br /> construction of the remediation system have been obtained, the construction <br /> contractor has been selected and the construction of the remediation system is <br /> planned to begin shortly after the Labor day weekend. <br /> ARCO received a 3124194 letter from the PHSIEHD which stated that the <br /> PHSIEHD appreciated ARCO's efforts over the past year at this site. Clearly, <br /> ARCO is moving forward with remediation at this site while a neighboring oil <br /> company continues to only monitor their sizeable problem. <br /> Fac. #548, 1612 Hammer Lane, Stockton <br /> PHSIEHD requested continued definition of soil and groundwater <br /> contamination. Remediation will proceed when the contamination has been <br /> defined and equipment becomes available. <br /> ARCO has issued the following reports on this site since the March '93 <br /> meeting: a) quarterly status reports dated 6121193, 9113193, 1118193, & <br /> 6115194. <br /> b) a Work Plan for additional wells dated 10/14/93 <br /> c) a status report & Problem Assessment report dated <br /> 5111194. <br /> The PHSIEHD has requested additional information by 8115194 which <br /> ARCO will provide at that time. <br />
