i
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING
SITE MITIGATION PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a interim remediation plan for remediation of an underground leaking storage tank
site located at 3425 N.Tracy Blvd-,Tracy (APN 214180-20) has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public
Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous
substances which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks
(UST) which are located on the property.
PHS/EHD, local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State
and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental
impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination.
The corrective action plan is available for public review at the Tracy Library and at PHS/EHD during normal working
hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by
PHS/EHD by May 5 1995, the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 445, Stockton, 95201. Questions
regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to Harlin Knoll at (209)468-3442.
L
}
