Located at <br /> 3.525 Tracy Boulevard. Tracy, California <br /> Dear Mr. Carrrtei: <br /> ARCO Products Company (ARCO) authorized Brown and Caldwell Consultants (BCC) to <br /> conduct the drilling and installation of two off-site groundwater monitoring wells. These <br /> wells are located on the property of Wendy's of the Pack at 725 Clover Road in Tracy, <br /> California,as shown on Figures 1 and 2. The work was authorized by Task Order 2093-91-2. <br /> This report presents a short summary of the site history, results of the current field <br /> investigation,and analytical results.This report completes the work described in the work plan <br /> dated July 11. 1990. This investigation was required by the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division. <br /> ! The objective of the latest investigation was to determine the presence or absence of <br /> hydrocarbons in the soil and groundwater north and west of the site- <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> In December 1986. one 500-gallon waste oil tank was removed,and the underlying soil was <br /> sampled. Analytical results of the soil samples indicated the presence of hydrocarbons. <br /> In February 1936, the County directed ARCO to conduct a soil and groundwater characteri- <br /> zation investigation at the site. The purpose of the investigation was to deterrniine the <br /> ,groundwater gradient, identify the presence or absence of product in the soil and/or <br /> groundwater beneath the site, evaluate the site neology,and obtain information necessary for <br /> ite.
