We have a few customers whose generators have <br /> paper filters. These are then put into the oily solid waste container with the oily rags for pickup and disposal. <br /> They are disposed of differently than the metal filters. <br /> Violation 303: The used oil in the bottom of the secondary containment was pumped into the waste oil drum. <br /> The secondary containment was then cleaned with our rags which were put into the oily solid waste drum for <br /> disposal. <br /> Violation 605: Photos attached. <br /> Violation 608: <br /> 1.The used oil filters onsite were picked up on 11/18/19 and then again on 1/2/2020. We had a few filters that <br /> did not fill a drum to be taken away so we started a new drum dated 1/2/2020. I have attached the Bill of Lading <br /> for the two pickup dates. <br /> 2.
