The service station is located at 3775 Tracy <br /> Boulevard it 'Tracy, California (Figure 1 ) . Further renovation [^lora is <br /> pending. <br /> The scope of work proposed in -chis York plan includes: <br /> 7. Preliminary Site Assessment: <br /> k Scil/Orcundwater Investigation <br /> Soil Excavation <br /> W E Proposal for Verification Monitoring <br /> Further corrective action measured may be necessary depending on <br /> findings from the activities proposed in this workplan. <br /> 2 . 0 SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The site is an cperating sarvice staticn awai tin q renovation. The <br /> staticn was constructed in 1972, and the original USTs (two-10 ; 300 <br /> gallon and one-6 , 000 gallon capacity for gasoline and one--1500 <br /> gallon for used oil ) were removed on November.' 7, 1995 . All UST's <br /> have tested "tight" since 1986 . Depth to groundwater has been <br /> observed at 10 feet below grade surface (bgs ) . <br /> 3 . 0 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A combination of site: assessment and soil remediation will be <br /> performed concurrently.
