SS#1 6348, Tracy <br /> QM Report, 411192 <br /> As reported by Chromal-ab of San Ramon, California, no TPHg or <br /> BTEX was detected in well MW-2 on the west side of the station. No <br /> contamination was detected at MW-4 which is located at the northwest of the <br /> property in a downgradient direction from the underground tanks At MW-3, <br /> where TPHg and BTEX were identified before, these compounds were detected <br /> in amounts of 390 micrograms per liter (pg/L) TPHg, 70 pg/L benzene 1 1 pg/L <br /> toluene 6 0 pg1L ethylbenzene, and 4 6 pg/L xylenes <br /> Laboratory results are listed in Table 2 The laboratory report and <br /> chain-of-custody documentation are attached as Appendix A <br /> Mittelhauser Corporation recommends that scheduled quarterly <br /> monitoring continue in order to detect any changes which might occur in the <br /> condition of the subsurface <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared solely for the use of Unocal Corporation. <br /> The content and conclusions provided by Mittelhauser in this assessment are <br /> . based on information collected during our investigation, which may include, but <br /> not be limited to, visual site inspections, interviews with site owner, regulatory <br /> agencies and other pertinent individuals, a review of available public <br /> documents, subsurface exploration and laboratory testing of soil and <br /> groundwater samples and our professional judgment based on said information <br /> at the time of preparation of this document.
