Tracy Boulevard, Stockton <br /> LOP Site: 4067 <br /> CVRWQCB Case # 390814 <br /> APN: 18917007 <br /> 07/18/1991 Two USTs removed on this date. No soil results are available for the <br /> UST removals. The ground water sample results for the UST removals <br /> were positive for TPH-d. Ground water sample results are presented in <br /> Roy F. Weston, Inc. Laboratory Report, dated August 5, 1991. <br /> 01/06/1994 The date EHD filed an Unauthorized Release Report Form for ground <br /> water contamination discovered at the time of the UST removals. <br /> 10/19/1998 Five soil borings were completed to ground water and soil and ground <br /> water samples were collected for analysis. Soil and ground water results <br /> are presented in Preliminary Site Assessment Report, prepared by <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE), dated February 12, 1999. <br /> 11/23/1999 Three monitoring wells (MWs)were installed on this date. No soil <br /> samples were collected for analysis. The scope of work is summarized in <br /> AGE-prepared Quarterly Report-Fourth Quarter 1999, dated March 2, <br /> 2000. <br /> 10/10/2001 Four borings were completed to ground water and four grab ground water <br /> samples were collected for analysis. No soil samples were collected for <br /> analysis. The finding for this scope of work can be found in the AGE <br /> prepared Additional Site Assessment Report dated December 12, 2001. <br /> 04/15/2004 Four additional MWs were installed on-site on this date. The work and <br /> sample results are presented in AGE-prepared Monitoring Well <br /> Installation Report, dated December 20, 2004. <br /> 08/23/2009 Due to gasoline concentration in the area of MW4 only, a limited ground <br /> water extraction program began on this date. By September 23, 2009, <br /> approximately 15,000 gallons of ground water had been <br /> removed/extracted and stored on-site in an aboveground Baker tank. <br /> Pre-extraction, active extraction, and post extraction ground water <br /> samples results are in AGE-prepared Ground Water Batch Removal and <br /> Ground Water Monitoring Report, date May 10, 2010. <br /> 05/19/2010 Four additional soil borings to ground water were completed west of MW4 <br /> on this date. The results of this scope of work are presented in the AGE- <br /> prepared Closure Summary Report, dated September 2, 2010. <br /> 10/13/2010 On this date, EHD met with the CVRWQCB to discuss site closure. A 30- <br /> day closure concurrence request letter will be sent to the CVRWQCB. <br /> 11/15/2010 LOP file, Site Chronology, and CCS processed for signature and mailing <br /> of the 30-day closure concurrence request letter to the CVRWQCB. <br />
